It is a practical book to help individuals and families get to grips with carbon emissions and what they can do to help reduce them. It identifies over 100 actions you can take, along with their expected impact on reducing emissions. It covers all aspects of life, including food, energy use, transport and travel, shopping, the garden, and even your money
It also provides practical guidance on turning good intentions into action, and guidance for organisations to help them reduce their Scope 3 (mainly from imports) emissions.
